• Do I have to turn night vision on manually?
  No. This camera has a light sensor that detects the ambient light levels. It will switch to IR nightvision mode automatically.

• Can you really use this from across the world?
  Yes. After set up, simply type the camera's IP address to an Internet Explorer address bar for instant viewing. The camera’s IP address is just like a website address, anytime you want to see the video feed you just type in the address for immediate access and control.

• Is this an indoors or outdoors IP Camera?
  It is primarily for indoor use. It can also be used outdoors, but it must be in a full covered area that is not subject to temperature extremes.

• What does that TK-Flash slot on the side do of the Hootoo IP Camera do?
  Nothing. It is used by the manufacturer for QC/QA and serves no purpose for the end-user.
• How does the two way audio work?
  The listening function (MIC) works instantly. For the talking function (speaker), you need to connect an external speaker to the 3.5mm audio input of the IP Camera.
